Fruits, fresh foods, high fiber, low salt, low sodium,
2.Avoid Smoking
Don't start smoking or quit
3.Active lifestyle
Go to the gym, exercising,
4. Maintain a Healthy body weight
Eat healthy foods,
5.Reduce your stress
laughter, relaxing,

My goal to improve my health would be to start having a healthy diet. I would need to start to more fruits and vegetables. Foods that are fresh and foods that have are high in fiber. I would also have to start to stop eating foods that have a lot of salt and foods that have a lot of sodium.
