In the video president Kennedy was saying that everyone should stay mentally and physically strong. He was saying that he hopes everyone will participate in school activities. This video helped me realize that keeping your body in good condition is very important. To keep your body in good condition you should never do drugs. I would never do drugs because of the effects it has on your body.
