Education:
They need an associate's degree in dental hygiene. A bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene is also
available but is less common. A bachelor's or master's degree is usually
required for research, teaching, or clinical practice in public or school
health programs. High school students interested in becoming dental hygienists
should take courses in biology, chemistry, and mathematics. Some dental hygiene
programs require applicants to have at least one year of college.
Do you think you would like to be one?
No I would not like to be one because I feel like they do
not get paid a lot, I also feel like the area of teeth are not what I am
interested in. This would be a great job if you don't want to go all the way,
but other than that i feel like it is much more worth it to finish all 4 years
at college.
