I think what this great man means is that if you do things
fast and good, you will be healthy, rich and smart. For example if you follow
the same routine, of waking up, jogging, studying and going to school, you will
get adjusted to that routine, making you balanced overall because you are
getting the basic things your body asks of you. You will be fit because you
jog, you will smart because you study, and you will rich because you are going
to school to become something. If everyone were to follow these steps we would
be better humans overall.
